Our story

Medical expertise, personal care

Tur Optica was founded in Jerusalem in January 1993 by optometrist Aryeh Turgeman, who immigrated to Israel with his family from Montreal, Canada, at the end of 1992.

Aryeh is part of the senior optometry team at the “Einaim” clinic founded by Dr. Shmuel Levinger — the largest eye clinic in Israel, covering every kind of eye surgery. His work there gives his patients eye care and advice at one of the highest medical standards in the world.

Today Tur Optica is located in the Ramat Shlomo neighbourhood of Jerusalem. Aryeh is married with five children, and speaks English, Hebrew and French.
